Kingston Bereavement Service gathers and retains personal data about clients in order to assist all staff and volunteers to work effectively on the client’s behalf. This personal information will be kept securely and only be shared with others after a client has given specific and written consent. Exceptions to this are covered in the At Risk Procedure, where there is a danger to either the client or their dependents.
